New hair colour/style

So I need help, i'm wanting to be a bit more 'out-there' with my hairstyle and colour, and my friends have suggested going blue but I don't know what style to go with, have a look at my pics of me lately and tell me what style/colour you think I should go with (i wouldn't mind having straight hair either) thank you loads guysssss! :)))

well as a girl we love to chance our styles sometimes. i thought about doing a side or undercut in my hear but i think for me its not really appropriate at my job.... may be i should color my hear :)
