So occasionally I am home alone and often for a few hours and i enjoy being naked and since i am rarely home alone i like to disrobe when everyone is gone but i get so paranoid that someone might come home randomly again so im only ever nude for like 5 min then i wimp out and get dressed again.

Anyone else have or had this problem? If so how or did you conquer your fear?

Yeah when I'm home alone I'm naked, I just look out of the window a lot to check that they aren't home and I leave my bedroom door open so I can hear the front door open

I do it all the time. What I did to overcome that fear is at first I was only naked in my room and I listened for when someone came home. I did that until I trusted my ability to be able to hear when someone comes home. Now I walk around the house naked all the time. Once I see someone come home I make sure to at least get some pants on quick.

To be honest, what's the worst that could happen your parents come home and find you naked, just say you had a shower and couldn't find any clean boxers so were looking for them or something like that, they won't care it's nothing they haven't seen before

When I'm home alone, I mostly get undressed but we have a large window with curtains so I can see when my parents get home ;)

I didn't have much time in the holidays when nobody else would be in the house, and now with school starting, there will be even less. But when I do have time free (and know that I have time before my parents come back), I have no problem with being naked. Especially if it's in my bedroom or in the bathroom, or upstairs. The only level of paranoia I get now is having a tower handy to screen the half of my body visible to the windows.
And I sleep naked too, partially because it gets too warm in my bed.
