Prius. Some people think they're for old ladies and gay people.

A BMW, having the iconic meaning of being snobby.

And a truck around my town here is frowned upon. They're dirty and too big for this small city.

I'm gonna be boring here and suggest the mini :P If I was to be a bit more...exotic, I'd say either the Jag E-type or the Merc 300SL

Porsche 911 is very high up there, its been around in the same basic form and setup for sooo long now and is what comes to mind when the average person thinks "sports car." Its one of the only cars I can think of where you could show anyone a picture of it and I bet 90% would know what it is.

some monster truck with 2500 hp engine and big ass 2.4 meter diameter wheels with 20 cm long protrusions of stuff (i was not carefull calculating), with multisegment inner whatnot so as to avoid problems. rubber is also thick, some metal mesh inside it. multiple suppor leg things so less problematic with collisions with rocks or such. kinda wide so it doesnt flip.

It has very good noise, and its quickish, and it can climb over large rocks despite having no hidraulics (not much hydraulics) to adjust wheels or such.

The Corvette! I think the Stingray will become iconic to some extent because of the outrage over the taillights! :P

I'd say the Toyota Corolla or Toyota Camry. They're nothing special or ridiculously upscale and powerful, but they really put the label on small commuter/suburban family sedans.

I also think (this is coming from a person who likes minivans) that the Dodge Caravan is iconic, as it was the first real minivan to start being used by families.

Hmmn, as for trucks, the 1929 Ford model 'AA' 1 ton wins. Cars? Hmmn, the 1886 Benz Motorwagen and model A coupe come to mind.. Nothing sets off like a '59 Cadillac though!

Model T Ford, Model A ford. DeLoren, 3rd Gen. Camaro, (And, who could forget the everlasting 1932 Ford 2 door coupe!?) I also would vote the '55 BelAir.

if you look at my signature, you'll see that I'm quite the 3rd gen Camaro guy... lol The Iroc Z is fucking awesome. :D

That being said, why do you say it's one of the most iconic cars? It's definitely one of a kind, but why do you call it iconic?

Professor Moopicorn
April 30th, 2014, 09:04 AM
I'd say Camaro ZR1, 1970 Chevelle, Holden VF Commodore, Holden HSV Maloo Black Edition. If a General Motors fan to say the least.

Weeeellll... hmmn. I dunno? I had an idea when I wrote it.. but I now forget. My mind does that sometimes. Well, I guess they are the easiest car to draw a face on... The grille is a Big, sappy grin (The fog lights are two buck teeth on an IROC-Z) And the headlights make for a very good set of lazy looking eyes...

(Random, eh? You haven't seen anything!)
Maybe I take that one back.. though the model T is a given.

Actually the 80s ones looked pretty funky and the 2015 looks quite much like a Taurus and fusion. Not to mention the Huyndai genesis vibe it gets.

I'd say Camaro ZR1, 1970 Chevelle, Holden VF Commodore, Holden HSV Maloo Black Edition. If a General Motors fan to say the least.

Ummm I believe the ZR1 is a corvette and the ZL1 is a camaro.

Anyway so what is the most iconic car hmm...
69 Camaro
Bel Air
Corvette of course
Rossa Corsa Ferrari F40
