Well. This is my problem

I´m a dipper ejaculator,but sometimes, when I´m very excited, I shoot the sperm out, but in those situations, just after ejaculation occurs, I feel a big pain in my urethra, form the meatus till the inside of my penis.

Somethimes, after that, I need to go and pee, and there´s where the pain goes off.

What you describe sounds pretty common, and as long as the pain goes away after you urinate, then I would not worry. Especially if you are pretty new to ejaculating, then your penis is still getting used to thick fluid like semen coming out as opposed to liquid like urine. As long as your pain is not constant and lasts for a while, then I would just make sure to urinate after you ejaculate. If your pain lasts for a while after you cum, then definitely get checked out. Also, if your pain happens when you urinate, then you should get checked out for a urinary infection.

I am not sure if you're cut or not, but if you're uncut, then make sure your foreskin is clean. A lot of times if you have junk under your foreskin and it builds up, then that can cause irritation. If you cannot retract your foreskin to clean under it, then you should get checked out because cleaning under your foreskin is something you have to do otherwise you can get infections.

Sometimes if I masturbate by humping my pillow, my urethra gets stretched a bit (which really hurts) but it quickly goes away

You probably just strained yourr urethra a bit. Take a break. If it gets too painful, then see a doc.
