for oral sex, it's the penis being sucked and pubic hair doesn't grow there. If they're sucking the balls you may need to trim, but not much hair grows on the balls either, most pubic hair grows on the pubic mound above the penis, so trimming is only to keep it neat, but for oral really isn't necessary.
