I think that's true, most guys I've known have been uncut and they all have much more precum than I do...and I'm cut.

I don't think it's only for uncut guys. I'm cut and I've gotten per cum before. Are you sure you've never gotten it when youve jerked?

Maybe it has something to do with how long your jerking sessions last. I notice that I mainly have per cum if I have a long (like 20-30 mins) jerk session.

I think it really depends on a lot of things. I'm uncut and usually make a lot but sometimes if i've already jerked off a couple times that day, I don't make as much
