How do you feel about school voucher programs?

For those of you who aren't familiar with them, school voucher programs are alternatives to public school paid for by a government. If you wanted your child to attend a private school of some sort, the government would give you a voucher of the amount it would cost them to educate your child in public school (or less) to pay a portion of or all of tuition to a private institution. Keep in mind that most private schools actually spend less money then public schools educating children, so this is very practical. They also have much higher graduation and college attendance rates.

I think it's a great idea that will give an alternative for parents of children living in district for a dropout factory, and could ultimately save them from a life of poverty. What do you think?

That is stupid public schools are far better than private and there are enouth spaces for everione in public schoole, no real reson to go to a private school but if one does chose to do so they shoud at their own expense.

Because I've never seen anything that shows that.

Uh...I'm home schooled so I guess I don't have much to contribute to the conversation, other than whichever provides the highest amount of quality education is the best. It would also be better if they taught about all religions, despite all that about offending people, because it's not offensive as long as it's just taught about and not put higher up or something. People are wayyy too touchy about all that.
