So my family is (well was) quite wealthy but yesterday I found out that we are broke, and guess how I found out, it was my birthday and I got £10, so I obviously was disappointed right with me usually being ready for like a few grand being put in my bank account and a massive present but that's all I got, £10. With me being understanding and caring for other people I said it was a surprise to just get that but all that matters is that I got something. But what I didn't tell them is that it's actually really upset me, it's such a reality shock being told we can't afford things like we used to and everything will change, plus my parents relationship isn't great so that worries me even more. Has anyone else been through this or got any advice for me at all??? p.s. I'm being treated for bipolar so that might help you to help me
