Lump on ball - Hydrocele

I went to my doctor about a lump on one of my testicles and it turned out to be a small hydrocele, which is basically a sack filled with fluid. Its not painful an can be ignore if its small. If anything it makes my balls look bigger XD

Anybody else had this? Did you get it removed or leave it? Did it go away or get bigger?
Any advice would be very helpful:)

Hey I went to the doctors recently too with some sort of lump or something down there. The doctor told me I had a varicocele and it was completely harmless (what a relief!!!). I went for a ultrasound scan and they just confirmed it. I get a little pain sometimes but not unbearable. I was told that I would only get operated on if it gets any worse and for now it hasn't. I don't think I have any advice really, just don't let it get you down :-)

I have varicocele which is basically enlarged veins in my sack, just the one leading to my left testicle and it looks weird, but it's harmless. I can get it removed if I want.
