Editing Biographies [Admins, Devs]

Why is the "biography" field in the User CP a plain text input, and not a text area? (For those unaware, textarea is a large text box [like the one I'm typing in right now].)

Since it isn't a textarea, there are a few disadvantages I'd like to bring up:

1. Not being able to see half the stuff you type because it's an itty-bitty-text input

2. Not being able to add new lines (the "ENTER" key) to the biography

Any chance this could be changed? Thanks for feedback.

I think the biography is meant to be short...

Well, I guess that would make sense.

As with most forums, the user biography is more or less used a small introduction field to let others know a little about you. It's most certainly not meant to contain a massive wall of text.

Well, I wouldn't say MASSIVE, but still. If I have (for example) 4 sentences for that intro, it's hard to navigate through it because it's all on one line, and the text input is only so wide.

Just saying. :P
