Most people usually go to the bathroom before sexually intercorse in which involves anal sex. Or an enema which can help clear anything out with water~ :)

Get the Fleet enemas at your grocery store or large pharmacy chain. They come 2 to a pack. Use them both, one at a time, about 10 mins apart. Follow the directions. Then shower real well. If you're gong to top, require that your partner do the same. Everything is cleaned out, you feel clean and fresh. Some guys re-use one bottle, put about 1/2" liquid soap in it and fill up with warm water and repeat the process. Do not shake the bottle, just gently mix.

I heard about the Fleet product, a saline solution also available as a mineral oil product, which accomplishes the same purpose.

In England you can get them from 3 places, i found using 5 minutes of web research. You can order them from Amazon.co.uk; they can be purchased at Walmart and I think Walmart has stored in the UK; or go online and order through Walmart; thirdly, they can be ordered on EBay at a very low price.

DO NOT use enemas. They really aren't the best solution except in desperate situations. use, especially overuse of enemas can dry out the rectum and make the rectal wall more likely to tear during sex. If the wall of your rectum tears, it will of course be painful, but it also increases the risk of contracting STIs for you and your partner. Before bottoming you should use the bathroom and make sure everything is clean. Many people often find it helpful to shower. The insertive partner should also wear a condom which will prevent any unplesentries and protect both of you from STIs such as HIV.

I started out using enemas but found rather quickly that a few squirts of a rather small amount of plain water does just as well if not better. I've never heard of liquid soap before. If you have lube and an ear syringe or water bottle with a toilet nearby you are good to go.

I use soap and water and a small plastic tube, it works great, flushes out all the yeachy stuff and makes it nice and clean to have my partner fuck me, never had any issues. Even a dirty condom coming out would be really gross..clean it out boys!!

This is a very good thread that I don't see a lot of here. Enemas are a good way to clean the inside of an ass. it's basically a contraption that contains water. you then have to shove one end up your ass and put the water in.

Even after you took a dump in preparation for bottoming, still go for the enema. it's good to ensure that it's clean so that the top doesn't get a surprise while he's drilling a bigger hole. lol
