I've been playing sports for a long time, so i have i large amount of muscle. and its cme to my attention that if i lost a little weight that muscle would REALLY show.... which i want. I'm not fat or anything. I'm 6'1 and like 225 pounds. a lot of that weight is the muscle. i have the top two abs sticking out already i just need to lose a few pounds
I meant a way to lose weight without losing muscle mass...... why are you complaining on every one of my threads? If you want someone to talk to I'm absolutely 100% here for you.

Unless you do weight training alongside your weight loss then your not going to maintain that muscle, you cant expect to lose only fat especially if you're not fat in the first place

Keep lifting and maybe cardio would be good, I assume the lifting would cancel out the cardios muscle losing effects

Some good tips for the weight loss are:
Cut down the usage of the fats, fried foods and fast foods.
Eat more fruits and vegetables in your routine diet.
Do cardio exercises daily for at least 30 minutes.
Drink grapefruit juice or green tea with empty stomach to burn your fat.

I dont drink soda. i eat a fruit or vegetable for breakfast, something small but has protein for lunch, and just a normal dinner. I'm doing football right now (american football i mean) and we're in conditioningright now so i get plenty of cardio. when footballs out i do mma. so i feel like i have the "working out" part down

cardio is better for weight loss (i think), lifting it more for muscles obviously, I'd say eat a full balanced diet and throw a few runs or something into your workout

find your BMR, subtract 250-500kcal and hit some solid Protein, Carb and Fat macros
you can throw in some cardio if you want to eat a little more
any higher than 500kcal deficit will waste a lot of muscle, and make sure to keep your training up

Cardio is everything. Muscle training is useless if your heart can't support your body, not saying yours doesn't, but you get my point. :P
Do triathlon! Intensity and endurance at their best. :D
