So, as some of you know, I'm overweight. I gave thought about a action plan for myself which involves

Walking to & from school (effective March), good 30mins each way
Eating fruit more.
Actually drinking water.
No hot chocolate
Actually making time to go to the gym
Pushing my limits in Karate, PE etc.
When I go out with friends, I tend to get tempted. So I bring some of those disposable toothbrushes that you put on your fingers
No more buying crap in school. I make my own lunches from now on. NO MAYO!

Anyone think this will work?

I forgot to add that I'm trying to do this by mid, to late June. So I'll be relatively thin by the time I got to America.

Good luck!
Cutting out things completely right off the bat is a bit harsh and usually results in giving up and going back to it. Maybe try weaning yourself off of the certain things you wish to cut out. Instead of eating how ever much mayo you eat on a regular basis, eat half of that, then eat half of that until eventually you don't desire it at all. Same thing would be best for hot chocolate or any other unhealthy habits you have. ^-^ Or, just eat them in moderation. Moderation is key.

A tip for walking to school, walk fast to get the heart going. Normal walking doesn't to much for you!
