You shouldn't assume that all gay guys do anal masturbation because i know a lot of people who don't. It's very hard to reach an anal orgasm alone through just anal masturbation and takes practice on how to do it. However an anal orgasm is supposedly stronger than a normal one. You still have a normal orgasm with ejaculation and everything! :) Another thing; straight guys can do anal masturbation too without it being gay.
