So ive just wanna get consulted for adhd but i dont know how.My entrance exams for college is upcoming and i cant study well like literally i dont understand shit and i keep spacing out (this is the case for many years but this time its getting worse as well as my anxiety).the thing is how do i ask or approach my mom about it? i just needed to take some meds that will keep me focus.

Write a letter, or just say you want to go to the doctors and if she asks why explain to her, I'm sure she'll be understanding :)
