Drugs has really become a part of my every day life but the question is why?
Why is it every time I "chill" with friends we need to get drunk or high...
What happened to just chilling at the park or going to watch a movie.
I feel as if I can't chill without drugs, is anyone else in the same situation?

I have friends that do it. They've all offered it to me, but I've declined every time. They respect my decisionand don't bother me about it. They don't even do it around me at all

You should bring this up to them. Let them know you just want to chill sometimes, instead of getting drunk or high every time you guys hang out.

How can anyone but you answer this question? And if you don't like it can't you hang out with some other people or no one at all?

I have an answer to that, its not an "only you" thing as a lot of people do this every day.
In my opinion, its not that you can't chill without drugs/alcohol, but chilling while being sober become much more boring by the minute. I can chill sober, but by the minute I become anxious and I feel like I've used all resources of entertainment, while when I smoke and get high, I could be listening to music, looking at the ceiling for hours (of course I don't always do that, but it becomes more entertaining than doing it sober).
I am of the idea that if you can be a responsible citizen/adult/person/dog and enjoy getting high every now and again, even everyday, but at the same time be productive, you should be able to do whatever you want as long as you can control yourself. I get high every day, that doesn't mean I'm a slug, I go to college, do my homework, get good grades, have a job and a good social life, and all while high, usually. Know how to control yourself, don't procrastinate just for a buzz.

Is that what being 20 is like? Chilling without being high is boring. My mind boggles at the idea of even having friends to be with and you make sure it's not boring by being wasted.

Not necessarily, its what accommodates me and its what I find entertaining.
First off, getting high is not the same as "getting wasted", at least in my opinion. As a matter of fact, I don't even drink. I love smoking and I see no reason why I should stop if it makes everything a whole lot more interesting. You are free to stay sober as much as you want, I'm not saying your 20s should be all about smoking weed and drinking. Like I said, as long as you can control yourself and be responsible about what you do, there's no harm on putting a substance in your body to spice things up.
You realize eventually that you kinda run out of things to do when you spend so much time with the same people, so why not, lets roll a j, smoke it and be happy.

That's actually pretty upsetting. Things will only change if you let them.

Not really, I'm not even sure I understand you're question. Everybody has a different personality and outlook on life and you should respect that. No one said you have to "go down the same road" as the people who make bad decisions.
