Emotional bubble about to burst!

Lately ive noticed that my emotional bubble is going to burst after 13 years of craming my emotins deep into my body. Im worried that someday i am just going to get on my knees,
clenching my face,
screaming!!!!!

I know that feeling well. I just want to put it all away and not deal with it, but it keeps coming back. Why not tell us more about what's going on?

It's best not to let your emotions build up in such a fashion or that's ultimately where it ends up, a massive breakdown and flood of things that just don't go away until you face them

This seems all to familiar to me, i bottled up my emotions and didn't want to release them. Maybe if you told us about whats going on then that might help you vent a bit. Talking about your problems is always better than bottling them up :)
