It's quite normal for teenage males to do stuff together such as that. If you don't want anyone to know, then don't let anyone know. I'm sure your best friend would be happy to agree with you not wanting to let anybody know as i'm sure he won't want anybody knowing either. :) Hope things go well!

Well if you give and receive a blow job very privately then no one will know unless you or he tells anyone and if he does just say he forced you to do it and I doubt he would tell anyone anyway because then people would say he's gay as well
