My heart pounds as my feet touch the ground,
Each breath,
Each step,
Each moment,
Brings me closer to the destination.
It's like i'm in a dream looking in on what could be.
The sharpness of the images around me, unreal, unseen.
I don't know where I'm gonna be, so I just keep on going until I reach what I need to see.
But god knows how long it will be before the darkness stops and I can see,

So my heart keeps on pounding as my feet touch the ground,
Each breath I take,
Each step I make,
And each moment I put at stake,
Will bring me to a place which will allow me to see and be me
