But an addiction is something that interferes with your daily life. If you're skipping things frequently, for the sake of masturbating, then yes, you're addicted to it.
But doing it twice a day...it doesn't sound like you're addicted.
Someone who's addicted to masturbation probably does it like 5-6+ times a day.

It's not an addiction if it doesn't effect your life. Like if you have homework, but jerk off instead, then it's an addiction.

What if you just take a break from homework in order to do it? ;). I definitely wouldn't tag myself as addicted just because I got bored of something and decided to take my mind off of it.

Nah, not addicted. I would only consider someone addicted to something if it had a negative impact on their other activities. Twice a day hardly seems to do that, unless you are spending like six hours!

I used to jack off twice a day, but after my car accident I have lost all my drive. I say if you plan your day around your jack off sessions then you might have an addiction, other than that I say you are fine and should not worry.
