Yes it is true. They can cause permanent damage. Stay far away from them. They don't benefit you in any way.

it can but it can cause problems with erections which is bad.

EDIT: I just rememembered they can but only for a short ammount of time.

No there isn't any way you can physically increase the size.

AHHHH! YES, THEY ARE BAD!!! It's like putting an industrial strength vacuum cleaner on your penis! Why on earth would you want to do this?! Whatever 'increase' is the result of a DEFORMITY, you risk permanent injury.

Penis pumps are very bad and i wouldn't suggest you trying one,anything could happen e.g over pumping could course blood vessel damage.

It's a no go.
