People develop faster than others. I had lots of pit hair when I was 12-13, and there are others that wont get it till later. It's not even a problem, unless you make it one.

I was one of four people in my class with arm pit hair until we were around 15. It's not too bad, there are a few downsides through - such as you sweat more, need to cake on the anti-perspirant, and you may get the nickname 'velcro-man'. :rolleyes:

I was the first one in my class to get pit hair, and leg hair, and pretty much any other hair. I was like 11. It sucks for a while, but eventually everyone will get some.

i have the same perdicament except i instead of the armpit hair i have really bad acne on my chest and back and everytime i take my shirt off people are like whats that and i say acne and they all was say oh and look away it really annoys be but i live with it as should you you'll get armpit hair soon enough
