If you could cum and everything then you will have had precocious puberty. Basically it's hitting puberty too early - before about the age of 8 for girls and 9 for boys. The reverse is delayed puberty - not starting by the age of 16. The average age has dropped over 150 years or so.

Sounds a bit unusual at any rate. But most of us probably don't remember orgasms at a young age. For me, since u ask, as a little lad I do remember having tingly feelings down there ...probably somewhere near the prostate gland, come to think of it. Nice, but hardly strong enuf to be orgasms.
