Sure it is. Everything develops and grows at different times. :)

Of course! I got pubic hair first. I hit puberty around age 9 or 10, and at age 15 my armpit hair is just startening to thicken. Don't worry, you're good.

different bits come in at different times. There's no specific order or timescale, other that you start a boy and end a man. t will all happen in its own time

Yupp, highly normal! In fact, i have a 15 year old friend who has no armpit hair but as pubic hair. It grows differently for everyone. :) Don't worry about a thing~

It's perfectly normal. Armpit hairs usually come next. Usually 2 or 3 years later.

Yeah it's okay, everything comes at different times and different people mature at different rates so it's nothing to worry about
