Hey, new member.
I shaved my pubes two days ago, but with my brother's razor. Today, I trimmed it up a little again, but in between their had been red bumps. When I was trimming it up today, one of them started bleeding after I went over the razor with it. Now there's kind of a little red area around it. I've read about shaving your pubes and some places said it's because you should use baby oil in between, is this normal?

its normal within a sense it happens alot to people...its best shaving your pubes with a razor that you only use and the red marks should fade away in time.

alright thanks for the quick reply, and another question or two, how come when I shave it, it leaves little stubs
and doesn't shave it down to the skin? Also, how much does a razor cost, my parents probably
won't buy one because they think I'm not old enough to shave my face and stuff, and I'm not
going to tell them I need it for my pubes. If a good one's cheap, and possibly an electric one thats under like 20 bucks (lol),
I would really like to get it.

no problem :)
the reason why some pubes remain is that ethier ur not shaving closely enough and/or the razor is blunt/rubbish
A razor depends on the brand but probs about £3 ($4) for a pack of 10.

is it a good idea to shave that area every few days? its a sensitive area which is why the red spots come up, but even for some guys you get the red spots on your face after shaving (hence using a clipper instead).

I trimmed about a month ago, and for about 5 days, it was really uncomfortable...Id say that if it isnt broke, then dont fix it. Ive not shaved, but I would imagine that must be hell for a couple of days
