Two things here:
First I was playing football (soccer) yesterday and I took a shot at goal and as I followed through, I felt a sharp pain in my groin and I could feel a lump. I had to be subsituded and when I walk I feel twinges. What is this?
Second I have knee problems in my left side oscarshaltos or something but when I got home from the match I felt my knee because there was pain and I knocked my kneecap and I moved. On my right it is fixed but my left can move virtually off its place what is this?

It is possible that, as far as your groin goes, one of two things may have happened: You may have pulled a muscle--which is entirely a possibility given the situation--or you may have gotten a hernia, which though seems more unlikely to me seemed worth mentioning because of your inclusion of the "lump" in your description. Either way, it's something to have looked at by a doctor--if it's just a pulled muscle there won't be a whole lot you can do about it other than painkillers and to just take it easy for a while. I say to have it looked at by a doctor though because if it does happen to be a hernia, then it would be better to have it dealt with sooner rather than later.

As for your knee, your condition is likely Osgood-Schlatter Disease (which will likely go away once you're finished growing) and it's normal, with that, to experience some pain after performing physical activity, and should be dealt with by resting. I would advice you to wear a knee pad or brace while you're playing football though, as well as to be sure you apply ice when it hurts. As for your kneecap moving, well, if it hurts when it moves first of all I would say to stop doing it (obvious) but if by chance it doesn't hurt when moving it, I wouldn't worry about it too much--it is normal to have a little bit of play in kneecaps, and isn't uncommon for that play to be extended, especially in athletes--and specifically if it's on the same knee as your pain has been in. It may not be a bad idea to consult the doctor who diagnosed you as well to see what else they may recommend regarding what to do to ease your symptoms.

I had a lump on my groin when I was 5. Turned out to be a hernia. I got it from lifting incorrectly though.

Ok but I dont think its a hernia and the lump isn't that big. Plus after I "opened the gate" which really hurt but a popping noise occurred and the lump and pain were gone
