So about four years ago, I went for a run around my neighborhood and went off a ledge the wrong way and injured my hip. I couldn't hold weight on it, but I never had it checked out; I just kinda limped around for a couple months until it became bearable.
Ever since then, my hip has been a little inflexible, and I notice that it often feels ready to pop when I stretch or do yoga. About three or four days ago, I did Bodypump at the gym, like I always do, but the next day I noticed that I was sore (which is unusual, but I had missed a week of classes) in like my legs and arms and then just my hip. Not both, just the one I injured years ago. Since then, all my other soreness is completely gone, but my hip is still hurting. It hurts to walk, use, or just put weight on. I'm wondering if I might have injured it somehow, or if anyone has experience with this kind of thing? Or any tips on how to soothe the pain and make it more useable? Thanks!
