How many of you guys get headaches, and how frequently?


I tend to get headaches at least twice a week.

I don't really get headaches that often, only when I'm stressed out. Getting headaches twice a week doesn't sound too good..are they severe?

No they're not that bad. My family has a history of migraines, so I'm kind of scared of getting them when I'm older. But for now, they're only minor.

I don't get them often, but I when I do get one, it's usually before I get my allergies, or just didn't get any sleep at all.

I used to get migraines frequently, about once every two weeks or so. I think I've grown out of them, though. My last one was over a year ago.

I get headaches ever week

I used to get headaches a lot late last year and into this year. Turns out that I had a cavity that went unnoticed (it was under my braces bracket) and by the time I had my braces taken off, it turned out that I had a root canal. So that area under my tooth was inflamed and caused my headaches. After I got the root canal, the headaches have stropped.

There is a possibility that it could be from something that you're eating. Many people in my family, including myself, get headaches from fake sugars (aspartame, splenda) that is found in diet sodas, gum, and sugar-free foods.

There are so many things out there that could be causing it, you might want to look into as many of these possible causes as you can... Good luck, hope you find out what is causing it, 'cause constant headaches suck. :(

I get them every now and then, especially spot headaches. I've also had migraines on average twice a year.
