The tensing happens to me to usually during an orgasm right before as I am ejaculating. I've not heard of the term " flushing" before but that makes sense since during an erection blood is rushed into the penile tissue, and to the surface of the body around that area all in all I think what's happening is normal and you're ok man.

It's normal. It's just blood rush. Some guys tense up a lot when they ejaculate and that traps blood in the legs or chest or wherever. You're fine.
