Stretch marks on front of knees?

I have a few stretch marks across the front of my knees. I know you usually get them at the back of the knee, but the front?
Im pretty thin and not that tall, i've recently grown taller a couple inches but I didn't notice the marks until so many months ago.

Does anybody else have them across their knee cap?

You can get stretchmarks just about anywhere, even your finger if it swells enough.
You can put some fish oil on it after a warm shower and it will help them go away (:.
I think vaseline works too, but I won't swear to that.
