Ok so I didn't respond fast enough and got my head hit on the coffee table. I'm having some trouble focusing my eyes and I'm dizzy if I'm sitting down or standing up. Also feel like I want to throw up but I haven't eaten today so its just been dry heaving. What does it mean and should I be worry?

Just try sleeping it off, that should help. :) If not, then it would probably be a good idea to see a doctor.
But yeah, I don't think this is anything too serious, or anything to worry about.

To me, it sounds like you may have a bit of a concussion. If I were you, I'd sleep it off like Lost In The Echo said, but probably ask someone to wake you up every so often to make sure you're okay.

Hopefully you put ice on the spot after you hit your head? That's always a good idea. Check around for a bump, if there is one, let me know. If not, let me know.

NEVER sleep off a concussion! If anything, you need to STAY AWAKE! The one thing people want to do after a concussion is sleep it off, and that's the worse thing you can do!
Depending on how hard you hit your head, of course. If you're having symptoms like dizziness, persistent headache, and nausea, you need to stay awake until it goes away! If you do have a concussion these symptoms are from swelling in the tissue in your brain. If you go to sleep with a bad enough of a concussion, you could slip into a coma. It happens a lot to people after a bad enough concussion.
However, you would have to hit your head on the coffee table pretty hard to have one THAT bad, but I still would suggest staying awake no matter how tired you are. If you have a concussion you're going to be really tired, and you're going to want to sleep, but don't. Get someone to watch in case you dose off. If the headaches, dizziness, and nausea get worse, go see a doctor.
Don't take an over the counter pain reliever, especially not Aspirin! It has a blood thinner in it, and if your bruised it could cause more bleeding. Take a cold shower, run the water over your head, sit up, and stay awake. Drink a lot of water, too. That's all I can really say.
If it gets worse, let us know!
Hope this helps,

Well it happened last night and I did sleep and didn't die so I guess that's good. Still have a good sized bump and a headache but less dizzy and sick feeling.

You're good to go then, just don't run down any stairs or anything. Keep an eye on the bump (ironic since it's the back of your head, I guess?). If it gets worse, see a doctor. I hope you feel better.

it was almost 2 days ago now so I'm not as worried and I don't feel dizzy and sick from it anymore. As for going to the emergency room I don't think that would happen. I've had injuries that should have had stitches that didn't me to real medical help.
