America hands down. But it is a system that needs the right kind of leader. Obama aint that leader.

You forgot something, I corrected it

To be honest each system is bogged down with the issue of "Two/three party" voting and if you place your vote elsewhere outside of the most popular two/three its a wasted vote.

You can't really compare the two as really they both have different political ideology and issues.

Two or three party system? You're crazy. There needs to be a one-party system.

I don't think there's any point comparing countries because it just leads to patriotic people arguing a lot over nothing>.<
Obviously, I'm from the UK so I'd say the UK. I like the free healthcare, although there are only a few political ideologies like Derri said... You're either Labour, Conservative or Liberal Democrats really

I'm from America and know nothing about the way either country is run. But I have a good life so I'm gonna say USA for the heck of it.

Sorry I meant essentailly its only a three party race which means that if you vote for any other party than those three, you are wasting your votes as other don't have chance of getting any kind of power.

It depends on what that party is in power. Here if there was a one-party system, it would be far worse. And the three-party system is flawed here. Back on topic, I prefer none, both have obvious flaws.

I might be biased, but I think the way we do things here is much more efficient than what they do in the UK. The only thing that I'd change is the election process and scrap the electoral college in favor of popular vote. But hey, elections are a lot more interesting this way.

UK! woop woop:D and we have actually had a minority party, UKIP, become second favorite! so you do have more to vote for!

I'm not from either, so I have no opinion on either. Personally, I think politics is just stupid. It's all fighting.

Second favourtie? They don't have a single seat in parliament.

Both the UK and the US have many faults in their system, no system is per sea better than the other.

TBH im British and i think the US system may be slightly better. There you directly vote for your head of state , unlike in the UK.

I'm the USA, but I'll say the UK, I'm weird I like the UK more than the US. But I prefer the health care in our country the way it is and would prefer it not to be free.

Assuming uk is like Canada, uk... But the US isn't bad, I just slightly prefer a representative democracy over a republic government

A monarchy? Are you that ignorant? The United Kindom's form of government is a Democratic Parliamentary system. All of the "Monarchs" have no power, they just serve as symbol of the government. And it's more up to date than Communism, that's for damn sure.

Both could definitely use some work, but I think the free health care in the UK is a good thing, if we didn't have it then I'd be screwed, I'm always ill!

I was referring to the Parliamentary Democracy, and how it's more up to date with today's world than Communism. Seriously, Communism is dead. Ever wonder why the Iron Curtain came crashing down? It's because Communism is a corrupt system of government, who preaches good intentions, but ends in total crack down upon it's populations. It's an evil thing, something that I hope can be utterly crushed to the point of no return.

No, I'm not going to hold a grudge against the United Kingdom for events that happen over 200 years ago. Hell, our two countries for the last 100 years have had one of the strongest relationships with each other than any other country in the present world.

Are you asking if I was part of a Fascist military organization? Hell no. Fascists are as corrupt as Commies. I'll stick to having my freedom, thank you very much.

Democracy doesn't work either way, policies are made and laws passed on the ability of them to attract voters, the only form of government that properly works is a benevolent dictatorship, have a look at it before you argue your cases and have a look at Singapore as well, as I'm sure some people will take offence at the word 'dictatorship' :)

I don't know enough about the way the UK is ran to have an opinion about it.

As for the US, I think if it was done the way it was designed to be done it would be far more efficient.

America is a two party system, both sides area supposed to contribute so that the american people and the government is benefitting the most. Instead, it has become a playground fight. Alright, it has probably always been that way but not nearly as bad as it is now.
