Well I would recommend you do use one for sex. With oral, using a condom does provide extra protection and you should (well the safe sex experts say you should)

You won't need a condom well giving a blowjob for sure! However when you actually have sex, you might want one for ease of sliding it in and lubricant. But it's up to you, unless you want to do it without. You're a boy i'm assuming so it's like you will get pregnant if he does anything inside of you. ;) Have fun!

You're forgetting the risk of STDs.

I wouldn't worry too much about one for oral, but definitely for anal.

I personally have never used a condom when receiving oral sex ever, but if u wanna be extra careful that's wonderful. I would advise buy a flavored condom if u decide to use one for oral. I've never used a flavored one but I have heard about from friends. I'm not sure what sexuality u r but that is inconsequencal with my answer when engaging in vaginal and/or anal sex it would be wise to use a condom. Also there is the additional option of getting tested every few months.

always wear a condom whenever you have anal sex. if you dont you risk getting an STI or STD even if he doesnt have one

I totally think you guys should wear condoms, really! Not only for safety but for cleanliness too. For me, it'd be even better if you use them when giving/receiving a blowjob too.

If you are doing anal then you don't need to but you need a lot of lube because otherwise it will hurt so much. You don't need a condom for oral but if you want to be really safe you can use one but I don't see much point in it because if you are both virgins it's very unlikely for you to catch anything
