There's nothing to be ashamed, guilty or worried about. It's completely natural and nearly everyone does it. I do it heaps :yes:

We were all raised to not put our hands down there and that's where you get concerned. I used to apolojize to GOD for doing it then I figured out that everyone was doing it and there was really nothing to worry about. I'm sure my either did it or does it so just join the club, if you are ever caught, you mom will understand and will probably just smile and tell you to keep the noise down. Good luck.

It's very normal and it's human natures, so don't feel guilty, you have discovered this new experience and you can do it in the way you like it the most.
