I've noticed that when I "flex" my penis, the head seems to swell up. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes, mine does that. I think it's because of more blood flowing in to make it flex.

Very common with any guy, it's simply the blood heading to head of the penis. :)

Yeah mine too. I guess its just to do with rush of blood flow to the tip. It's normal for me.

Yep, i think its just the blood rushing to the top of your penis
