If your pubic hair is itchy than it is a good idea to trim it (don't try to shave it if you don't know what you're doing to prevent hurting yourself).
If it is extremely itchy like Seth said, you may want to go see your doctor because you could have some type of minor skin condition. :)

also if u shaved when u grew back that process is " an itchy hell, to say the least, so I just trim

If your pubic region is very itchy then you could have perhaps gotten a sweat/heat rash or minor skin irritation. It could also be public lice which is something more serious obviously.

Whenever its itchy, I find it sometimes to sleep properly. But this has only happened a few times.
