ok, So today I'm Listening to a song I wasn't mad or sad or anything and out of Nowhere just start crying and getting all depressed, I was wonder if this happened to anyone else?

I have this sometimes I don't get it either. One minute I can be happy then I feel really down........ I'm here if you want to talk,

This happens to me all the time. I can be extremely happy and then a few moments later I am crying, I hate it honestly. I get worried that I have some sort of issue because of its frequency, but I don't know how to control it which makes it harder. :/ I want it to stop

I kind of understand. I'll be having an alright day, and all of a sudden I'll just slip back into the worst kind of depression.
