Lumps are normal, just cartilidge. You will most likely be able to shoot later on yes

well i have to say i'm not sure about the lump but if it worries you, you should see a doctor about it. as for you cumming, its possible that you will be able to shoot in time but some people just don't. e.g. i only shoot if very horny, otherwise its more of a dribble. so everyone is different, maybe you will maybe you won't time will tell.

Guys have breasts, too! And (mercifully!) eventhough they're not like girls, the tissues in them react similiarly to hormones of puberty. So, there's a bit of swelling in there, which is temporary. It's the swelling that makes them tender.

As for shooting, well, you gotta crawl before you walk, and you walk before you run, so if you're just starting, it's just a matter of time until everything really flows. It's different for different people, but once it starts it progresses fairly rapidly.
