Well there have been official studies that do show the "average" is somewhere around 5.5 or so inches onward to about 6+.

Well adults average, there has been studies, teenagers would be unpredictable and any results gained would vary and probably draw inconclusive due to factors such as development rates. Anyway you wouldn't need an average for a teenager because that wouldn't matter long term and most people finish puberty when they are classed as an adult.
