It curiosity and hormones due to puberty man, it's neither gay( if u have not sexual/emtional feelings for one another) nor wrong since every guy that goes through puberty I'm pretty has had that feeling I know I have it will pass with time or it will expound to let u discover your own true sexuality/sexual path. It's easy for guys to get hard when looking at another guy's penis. That doesn't make it gay.

That’s a tough question to answer, as you would be the best one to know whether you’re gay or not. But keep in mind that most guys have a “penis curiosity” and may glance around a little bit in the boys’ room.

I'm gay and I don't consider that gay activity as I said in another thread. It's just boys being curios, horny and horsing around. I mean if I wanted to see a vagina, would that make me straight? It just doesn't work that way.

Pretty normal I guess, I was super nervous the first time my friend brought it up, but was glad he was the braver one of the two of us - now I've done it with a couple of friends and it helps to see how you stack up to others especially if your curious.
