Okay, so I've had these little bumps that look like pimples on my penis. I've had no sexual activity and I'm still a virgin. I would really like to know what it is, thanks.

If you are fairly new to the lovely world of puberty it is likely just hairs that are getting ready to poke out of their follicle root.
What color are the bumps and are they painful if you press on them?

I'm 14 and my voice has been cracking lately and I've been going through puberty for a while now and they sometimes hurt when I press on them.

If it hurts when you press them, have a doctor check them out. They shouldn't hurt when pressed, as far as I know.

Its really nothing to worry about I like every guy who has pubes now has had them just like you, when I shaved both the first 2 and only two times ( when I was 13 and again when I shaved when I was 18) I saw the follicles and they itched. I never will shave again.

Maybe its just the hair follicles. But if you're really worried about it then maybe worth going to the doctor to have it checked.

They might be called fordyce spots unless there is hair growing out of them and they don't hurt when you press on them. I have them and they really itch.

Its nothing i have the exact same thing theyre just where the hair is going to grow and im a virgin too

It could just be acne. I think there isn't a chance you have an STD since you've never had sex.

You have nothing to worry, i have had these before and i'm in your situation as well. They are harmless but may appear to be or may be a little irritating. However they are just a rash and irritation and will go away in time. :) I'm 15 and have had them about 1 year ago, hope you feel better!
