hello, ive been haveing trouble with my ankle.
In a P.E lesson, i did somthing to my ankle. and i was in agony. I missed loads of P.E lesons, which is a shame as i like p.e

So anyway, after the xmas break, its healed, or i though it had, and i did my first P.E lesson, second day back. and the pains are back, and worse than ever!
This time, its my whole foot and the bottom part of my leg.

does anyone know what it could be, or what i could to to help the pain...

just to help you with info, there is no swelling or bruses

well you might have twisted it it but it would have healed after the break so I'm not sure on why it's doing that now.

It might be that it's a little stiff since you took it easy. That's all I can say for now.

Is the pain running up the back of your leg or up the front? Also, could you please try and describe what the pain feels like (shooting, burning, stabbing)?

Hmm. Could be nerve damage? Because that causes the pain to travel elsewhere, id advise getting it checked out because that doesnt sound like a simple ankle roll

If it was nerve damage he'd know about it. It's say it sounds more to do with the tendons or ligaments.
Or a repressed fear of PE that's presenting itself with physical symptoms, who knows.

I think the most probable thing here is you've either bruised or strained a ligament or a tendon. The reason it probably didn't flare up over the holiday season is because I'm assuming you never did anything overly physical (such as what you do in PE).
Torn/bruised tendons and ligaments take time to heal, and what you may have done in PE the other day is aggrovate an the existing injury. I suggest going to the doctor and seeing what she/he says.
