Headaches

What gets rid of headaches and migraines? I think I have a migraine, or maybe just a superbad headache, but either way it hurts like hell, any help?

Lay down in a really dark room away from all sounds and light. Get a cold flannel and stick that on your head, that also helps. If you can try and sleep, that usually helps. But it does depend on what is causing the headache as to what will help.

the most common cause of headaches is dehydration I think, so drinking plenty of water helps too

Could be dehydration or toxicity from constipation, two most likely causes.
Drink a lot, clear your system. If it persists see a doctor.
I suggest Neurontin. I think, but don't quote me, the body makes it naturally, and it helps a lot with both seizures and persistent migraines. You could take five bottles of Neurontin and not overdose, it's practically impossible, and it works great!
