I am almost 20 now but my body is nowhere near fully developed. I wasn't a particularly late bloomer, hit my growth spurt around 15-16.
Right now my legs and lower body are like those of an adult and look insanely different to my upper body and head which are tiny and skinny compared to my lower body. My hands and arms have barely changed since I was 14.
Is it possible that I screwed up during puberty as I didn't have the best diet, I would skip meals and eat unhealthy. Also I never drank nearly enough water as you should. I am really worried and considering seeing a doctor about this :(

I don't think you should worry, but I think you should see a doctor. I'm thinking you have some condition you were born with than something you did wrong. Maybe some kind of growth hormone imbalance or something???

No you didn't do any thing wrong.. Make an appointment with your doctor, if your last dotor was a pediatrician they may not see you since you are now considered an adult, hopefully they can refer you.. Make a list of everything you want to discuss, sometimes it is hard to remember. Good luck and don't worry

Could be a pituitary gland disorder, or you could just still be growing. Puberty can continue into the early 20s

so long as everything is normal below the waist you are fine. why would you want your arms and hands to change anyway?

Well my upper body and arms look totally out of proportion with the rest of my body. I constantly get told I am skinny due to the fact that my arms and torso are so slim.

okay, well that is a good reason. at least your not fat! fat kids are not popular around here. so they are just thinner, not shorter? i guess lift some weights if you are motivated.

As a doctor if you're really that concerned.

I think we stop developing at age 24, so give your body a few more years really. Or if you're really worried then maybe get it checked with a doctor. Maybe to do with some hormone problems or just genes...
