I used to have this problem, all i do is take it slower for as long as i can stand it. Feels just as good to me but lasts longer

Best way is find a time that you can be a alone for an hour or two, so there is no need to rush. use the stop before the point of no return & go when you penis loose a little bit of hardness. Pay attention to your body and the sensations that you feel and practice
