one day i started thinking about my sisters first birth day i remember alot about it when i wasn't even born yet so i have no idea how i even know these facts which my mom said were true

There's definitely a possibility that you have an extremely good memory of things you've previously looked at, like photographs or movies, that would tell you what happened.
