I'm not sure what happening to me.
Every now and then what happens to me if I move is my legs, one part of them whether it be the ankle or thigh locks. It causes a lot of pain. The only way to get rid of it is to lock the body part back, and by that I mean with my hands move my leg or my toes into a position where I doesn't hurt and then it locks free.
Does This Happen To Anyone Else?? (Please help me. It's getting more and more often)

to be perfectly honest i'm not sure what it is, it doesn't sound too serious but it is getting worse, go to the doctors, if it is serious waiting isn't helping

You stated on another thread that you had pass the 6'' barrier like a year ago, so in my opinion, your body is still adapting to the size and some muscles and ligaments are still on the stretching part of the growth so yes, you will get painful cramps from this process. Also depending on your level of activity and flexibility you will cramp up more or less. I sometimes get a really painful cramp of all my toes when god knows what movement i do with them, the only solution, painful as hell too, is to rub them out of the knot they formed.

Nevertheless, if this is way too common and happens even when you had done nothing that will trigger it, I will suggest you see a doctor as it might be something more serious than just growing pains.

I cringe just thinking about that! Ouch! I can't imagine how painful that is! I don't know much about your history as far as injuries, sports, height, weight, etc, so I can't say much.
If you hit 6", then it could be some extreme growing pains where you're muscles and tendons are trying to catch up with your bones growing so fast. Sammie hit the nail on the head, though. Activity has a lot to do with it. Take some potassium tablets daily or eat a banana when it starts to hurt. If it keeps hurting, see a doctor to see what they can do.

Hope this helps,
-Amy
