I would guess no. Cum amount is closely linked with water consumption and diet. You could be eating differently and that's why you don't shoot out as much cum. Or something weird happened and it'll go back to normal.

As long as there are no other problems (pain, swelling, etc) that are strange or odd, there should be no problem after doing this.

But no one is ever supposed to physically stop or hold in their cum. It's bad for you and you should never do this. Don't do it again.
