How do you do it without hurting or closing up on your finger because I've tries it and have not gottin very far down there

It just takes time and practice. Spit on the tip of your finger and rub it all over down there, then put your whole finger in your mouth and get it completely wet then just slowly push in and push out with your butt like you're pooping (sounds weird but just do it) (and of course this is assuming you pooped and took a shower beforehand) and it will slowly slide in. Then you can slowly pull out and push in. If it hurts just spit on your finger again and go. After a few weeks this should be easy for you then you can use multiple fingers and go forward from there.
