Trying to gain some weight, I weigh 120lbs i'm about 5'9 and I want to gain weight, physically there is nothing wrong with me. Just like my brothers however it's hard for us to gain a lot of weight. So if anyone has an idea on how to gain some weight it'd be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Okay, do not eat unhealthy to gain weight. I mean sure you could drink Redbull and eat Doritos all day every day, and gain weight, but what you need to do is take in a healthy amount of protein and exercise, that way you'll build muscle mass instead of fat.

Trail mix actually is a healthy way to quickly gain calories, that's why hikers usually carry it with them. Nuts and berries are healthy, but also help gain weight. Try eating some trail mix more often.

Eat a 500-1000 caloric excess, but not dirty foods such as pizza, healthy foods and drinks like milk, proteins, nuts and berries

Pretty much do what everyone said. Eat a lot of healthy calories (nuts, berries, fruits, protein, Trail Mix) and work out more (weight training especially).

You have to eat big to get big. it is a calorie game. If you want to get big and gain weight you have to eat MORE calories than your body needs to maintain. If you want the majority of that weight to be muscle you have to :

1) Workout
2) Eat AT LEAST 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight
3) Be in a big caloric surplus and get plenty of carbs
4) Make sure you rest to give your muscles the time they need to recover and regrow.
5) Make sure you get all your vitamins and nutrients every day (plenty of fruit and veg)

or more information on bulking you can check out our website!

Well I have the same problem. I'm really really tall but skinny. I want to get bigger. I mean muscles. But everybody says be happy with lower weight because when we get older the problem might be overwieght. I wouldn't be so sure about it...
